Bronze Service Support for IP Address Management (IPAM)
n3k’s Bronze Service combines telephone support with the delivery of a comprehensive media updates service. This must be purchased for each licensed software product. You can add any combination of additional options on to this basic building block; to configure a support service that meets your exact needs.
Technical Support and Media Updates
We pride ourselves in ensuring that our customers receive the most comprehensive, effective and professional after sales support service. Quite simply, we aim to provide a product support service with a skill level that builds on and surpasses that available from the product manufacturer.
Bronze Service includes;
- Support provided during office hours; 09:00 – 17:30 (excludes observed UK bank holidays)
- Provision of maintenance/software upgrades
- Major and minor software releases
- Physical media (CD) or download (ftp) depending on circumstance
- Soft copy documentation (hard copy at additional cost)
- Access to the tuscany networks Knowledge Forum
- Email notifications of software advisories
- 4 hour response
- Online Helpdesk Facility
